The scheme is limited to 999 customers only.

Each customer will receive one Water Purifier and will be eligible to participate in the scheme’s reward system, which is conducted in multiple phases.

• Installments are paid monthly.
• On the 9th, 14th, and 19th installments, two installments (A, B, and C) will be activated on the same day.

The First Phase runs from the 1st to the 9th installment.

• Customers who win a lump-sum prize in this phase will not need to continue in future installments.
• Other participants may receive consolation prizes.
• Customers receiving consolation prizes can continue participating in the scheme up to the 27th installment, even if they win multiple times.

Up to the 28th installment, all customers (except the car winner) will be included again, regardless of whether they have already received consolation prizes.

• Prizes listed for the 28th installment will be distributed through a lucky draw.
• No customer will be left without receiving at least one item.

• Among customers who did not receive any prize in the first phase, 10 customers will win an iPhone 16 Pro Max through a lucky draw.
• One final customer will be selected as the most fortunate winner and will receive a car.

• Form Fee: NPR 100
• Monthly Installment: NPR 1,555

If the Water Purifier price is paid in full:

• One installment amount will be waived
• The Water Purifier will be provided immediately
• Participation in the scheme remains mandatory

All installment payments must be deposited into the company’s account at least 10 days before the scheme program ends.

If an installment is not paid on time:

• The customer will not receive any prize for that installment
• The prize will remain company property

If a customer fails to pay installments or voluntarily withdraws from the scheme:

• Any amount already paid will not be refunded
• Missing even one installment may result in cancellation of participation for that installment
• The customer slot may be transferred to a new participant

• For prizes valued below NPR 50,000, customers must personally pay any applicable government incidental taxes.
• For prizes valued above NPR 50,000, customers may choose cash instead of the product. A 13% tax will be deducted before cash payment as per Nepal Government rules.

If an advertised prize is unavailable, the company will provide a product of equal value from another brand.
If a customer receives a Water Purifier more than once, the company will still provide a Water Purifier as required.

If the customer passbook is lost, a new passbook with the same number can be obtained by paying NPR 100. Additionally, customers must verify their passbook at the company office after every five installments to confirm that the deposited amount has been credited; otherwise, the company will not be held responsible.

Any disputes related to the scheme will be finally resolved by the company’s management committee.

Customers must:

• Visit the company office in person
• Bring their customer prize documents
• Collect the prize within 3 months
